Studio Hours

We are always chasing beautiful light and with the time changes with sunset and sunrise throughout the year our studio hours often shift as well. We do our best to do our administration work between 10-3pm on weekdays.

Communications

Email is always best for communications and text works as well. Social media messaging is tough. We receive a lot of notification and things can get lost easily. We do the best to respond during business hours and have a 24-48 return time on emails and often a bit quicker with text.

Booking and Session Fees

Once you pick your date a 50% non-refundable retainer is due. The remainder is due by your session. If you booked a package 50% is due at booking and the remainder is split evenly among each of your sessions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you choose to cancel your portrait session prior to being photographed, and do not wish to reschedule a future session, you will forfeit 100% of your original non-refundable session fee. If you need to reschedule please reach out as soon as possible. We do our best to be flexible within reason and with respect to our time and other clients. 

Inclement Weather

Weather in Maryland can be unpredictable. I do my best to make a smart call to ensure you have a successful session. Weather calls are usually made the day of your scheduled shoot. On occasions we’ll call off for weather when there is an 80-100% chance of heavy rain. 

Travel

Any travel outside of 30 miles from Annapolis will have a travel fee. The fee depends on the distance away from Annapolis. 

Personal Cameras and Photography

If you want to take a cell phone shot or two behind the scene shots are encouraged and please tag @jennifercaseyphotography on instagram. Please keep in mind that to many of these can be distracting and take away from the session. 

Delivery

Our turn around time for images is 2-3 weeks. You will receive an online gallery link via email. You can download all of your images online. 

Digital Files

All of delivered files unless otherwise specified are high resolution and are printable to 40 inches wide and sometimes to 60 inches wide.

Copyright

Each client receives print release of digital images. This mean that you are allowed to print the images for personal use. You can even share digitals with gramma. You just can’t alter or edit the images or sell them and you should check in with me before they run in any kind of publication.
